Please join Kosuke Okahara in his exhibition while he shares the inspiration for the project and his insight on the topic presented. Through this event Okahara solidifies the importance of showing and sharing these issues openly in our society. The Ibasyo project documents the lives of six young Japanese girls who suffer from self-harm. In Japanese, ibasyo refers to the physical and emotional space where one can exist.
This event will be followed by a book signing with the artist.
